We had a hard time finding a company to fix our tankless hot water heater. Benjamin Franklin plumbing fixed it after troubleshooting and fixed the issue with no hesitation. He later came out and fix a pipe underneath the kitchen sink. They noticed our water pressure was bad So we had them fix our septic pressure tank as well. All the jobs were done professionally and in a timely fashion.

Excellent service! Had a water leak in our busy dental office and they came within hours of calling them. Brian diagnosed the problem and said he would have to drain the system to repair. He was able to stop the leak so the rest of the office could still function. Then he came in at 7am the next day and had the repair completed and office functioning before our first patients at 8am! I would highly recommend Ben Franklin to anyone!
Excellent service! They sent someone over on the same day, day before Thanksgiving, and not only was he ( Charlie) on time, he was very courteous and took extra time answering many questions. I will use them going forward and would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Charlie to anyone!
The Plumbers who came to our home were very nice and professional, which was a nice surprise. What wasn't a nice surprise was finding out it would cost me $353 to replace a kitchen faucet! I asked an approximate price when scheduling the appointment and was told I had to pay $59 to get someone to my house for an estimate...What was funny is that they didn't even need to see the job, they just open a book and there was the price for the faucet replacement. WHY doesn't the person answering the phone have that book and provide an approximate price? I could not see spending that kind of money for such a simple job and I sent them away (they shamelessly took my $59!). I did it myself in less than 20 mins!
